About Us

A Vallejo resident since 1984, Derrick joined Krystle Properties in 2004, transitioning from part-time to full-time in the family business. In 2008, he, along with his sister Krystle, acquired the business from their mother.

Derrick, a theatre enthusiast with two dozen full productions and nearly two hundred improv performances, is also affiliated with The Rotary Club of Vallejo. Known for his die-hard optimism, friendly demeanor, tech-savviness, and proactive attitude, Derrick is a valuable member of the Krystle Properties team.

Derrick has been an active member of the community and is currently a proud member of the Vallejo Rotary Club; he served as the club president for the 2016-2017 year. Previously, Derrick was a member of the Active 20-30 Club of US & Canada, having served as the charter president for the Vallejo Club and having served on the national board of directors. Derrick has also served on the Vallejo Chamber of Commerce board of directors from 2018 to the present and served as the Treasurer between 2020-2022.Derrick currently lives in the city of Benicia with his wife Lindsay and their two sons Malcolm and Marcus.

Elisa is a San Francisco native who has been a valuable member of our company since 2008. Elisa started as our bookkeeper, and her tireless efforts and commitment to excellence have resulted in her appointment as our VP of Operations in 2022. When she’s not skillfully leading our team, Elisa loves to embark on thrilling motorcycle rides and explore new destinations with her husband.

Carolina Saucedo is the Senior Property Manager leading the property management operations for Krystle Properties’ Vallejo portfolio. Bringing nearly two decades of experience in residential property management, Carolina is a licensed Real Estate Broker known for her high-performance standards. She previously co-founded and single-handedly managed a portfolio of over 500 SFR units, developing a highly resilient, decisive, and service-oriented approach. Carolina prides herself on consistent five-star reviews and a “zero inbox, every day” commitment, ensuring timely and effective support for both property owners and tenants. She is also fluent in Spanish, enhancing her ability to serve our diverse client base.

With three years of experience as a maintenance coordinator.

In his downtime, he enjoys relaxing with friends.

Warren runs our Repairs & Maintenance division across the business. Warren brings over 12 years of single-family-focused real-estate experience to bear for the entire company. Before joining us, he ran field operations managing more than 15 R&M leaders at American Homes 4 Rent, construction at OpenDoor, and rehabs/turn/maintenance at Pathway Homes. He is also a landlord and owner of his own portfolio of SFRs.

A highly skilled professional, with lots of experience in the maintenance area.

Heber holds a degree in Architecture.

He is currently living in Chihuahua, Mexico.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family. He loves to play basketball and exercise.

Shaniqua is a highly skilled professional hailing from Kingston, Jamaica.

With her impressive background in Customer Service and Administrative Support, she attended the renowned Vocational Training Development Institute.

Since joining our team at Krystle Properties in 2023, Shaniqua has been a remote worker who has proven to be an invaluable asset to our team.

Diana is a social person. She enjoys being in shape through exercise, and she also likes to relax by taking walks on the beach and going out with her friends.
