Our Story
Krystle Properties
Today, Krystle Properties is led by Derrick and Krystle, who joined and grew into the family business created by their parents in 1988.
Krystle Properties specialized in residential and commercial property management for 25 years. And, when clients began asking if they could also assist in selling homes, the team realized they had a chance to make a significant leap.
The company is growing. Krystle Properties has an 18-person team that continues to improve, and over 800 units are managed in Vallejo, Benicia, American Canyon, and Fairfield. The goal is to continue offering owners and tenants the best services in property management.
