Working with KPM has been so smooth. Derrick answered all my questions. There’s been a couple issues that KPM addressed and resolved quickly. The team is easy to communicate with and has responded promptly.

I've been with Krystle Properties for a few months now and everything has gone great - from quickly finding good tenants for my three available properties to taking care of minor maintenance items. Also it was a pleasant surprise that they auto deposited all the July rents into my bank account on July 1. I have another rental coming available soon and plan to turn it over to Krystle. Update - now I've been with Krystle for over a year, they are managing six of my properties, and everything is running smoothly. Update - It's been 1-1/2 years now, and everything is going well with Krystle. I continue to turn rentals over to them as they become vacant. It's nice dealing with less day-to-day property management. Update - It's been almost 2 years now, and everything is going well as I continue to turn rentals over to Krystle. Stephanie is doing a great job getting my places rented quickly! Update - It's been over 2 years, all is going well, I have added more properties to Krystle management, and plan to add more in the near future. All is good! Update - All is going well. I keep adding properties to Krystle as they become vacant and will be adding more in the near future. Nice to have help with the management! Update - Everything is rolling along nicely. I just added a 10th property to Krystle management. Nice to get some help with all this! Update - Everything is going well. I plan to add more properties to Krystle management as they turn over. I also appreciate the maintenance referrals for some of the properties that have not yet turned over. Update - All going well. Appreciate Kathy keeping watch over my properties. Also appreciate more free time. Update - Everything running smoothly. Appreciate quick payments on the first or second of the month. 2025 update - There have been some changes, but everything is going great. Thinking of turning more properties over to Krystle Everything is running smoothly. I have 10 properties with Krystle and ready to add another Everything going well. Just added two more properties All good from my perspective. Getting ready to add another property with Krystle Added another property as a long-time tenant I was managing moved out. Had to make an adjustment on new rentals as the market softened a bit. Things continue to go well.

Krystle properties may manage some decent property but they refuse to address tenants issues. Like neighbors who don't know how to respect boundaries. They don't use the authority of a manager to alleviate bad behavior from tenants. They rather not be bothered. So besides collecting the rent isn't that what property management does? Not the case. Peaceful enjoyment of your unit doesn't concern them.

Consistent reporting is very helpful.

Krystle Properties have been a key player in helping my family with property management. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful with the entire process. We’ve had some tough times and Krystle Properties’ team stuck with me through all the tough times in making sure we reach the goal.

This has been an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience from the start. We were pressured into moving in 15 days earlier than our planned move-in date, yet the property was clearly not ready. It has now been over 40 days since we moved in, and we still have not been provided a gate code. While we were given a remote, that is not a reliable or sufficient form of access. I have already been locked out of the property and had to wait over an hour for someone to let me in because I did not have the remote on me. This is not just inconvenient, it is a basic access and safety issue. A gate code is a fundamental necessity and should have been provided prior to move-in, especially given that we were asked to move in early. The lack of urgency to resolve something this simple is extremely concerning. On top of that, communication has been consistently poor. There are no proactive updates, and we are forced to repeatedly follow up just to get basic information, with little to no resolution. At this point, it reflects a serious lack of organization, professionalism, and regard for tenants. If this is how basic issues are handled, it raises major concerns about how more serious matters would be addressed. I would strongly caution anyone considering renting through this company. This situation should never have been allowed to go on this long, and I expect immediate action to resolve it.

As a first time landlord,the paperwork was explained to me so I could understand. They made the transfer easy in a timely manner. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Amazing people every person I have talked to has been very nice and helpful. They were able to get our application approved in only 3 days, couldn’t be more thankful towards them.

The company does not communicate well with owners regarding leasing updates, needed repairs ie. getting quotes or any details. It requires repeated calls and emails over a few months to resolve anything. Its probably easier to mange a rental on your own.

I have been with this company for many years. They always take great care of my property. I'm grateful to Diego who takes the extra mile.

my experience has been very poor using Krystle for the last 9 months. They take multiple days to respond to you about anything, the units often sit empty for months before finally being rented and my tenants complain to me that nobody gets back to them regarding repairs.

Thank you for asking. I am challenged with understanding some of the processes and have to repeatedly call the office for information. My phone calls are not returned in a timely manner. I have often had to call several times before speaking with someone who is able to provide me with information.
