A Vallejo resident since 1984, Derrick joined Krystle Properties in 2004, transitioning from part-time to full-time in the family business. In 2008, he, along with his sister Krystle, acquired the business from their mother.

Derrick, a theatre enthusiast with two dozen full productions and nearly two hundred improv performances, is also affiliated with The Rotary Club of Vallejo. Known for his die-hard optimism, friendly demeanor, tech-savviness, and proactive attitude, Derrick is a valuable member of the Krystle Properties team.

Derrick has been an active member of the community and is currently a proud member of the Vallejo Rotary Club; he served as the club president for the 2016-2017 year. Previously, Derrick was a member of the Active 20-30 Club of US & Canada, having served as the charter president for the Vallejo Club and having served on the national board of directors. Derrick has also served on the Vallejo Chamber of Commerce board of directors from 2018 to the present and served as the Treasurer between 2020-2022.Derrick currently lives in the city of Benicia with his wife Lindsay and their two sons Malcolm and Marcus.

Since 1994, Krystle Karimian has brought her knowledge, commitment, and dynamic energy to real estate and property management. A proud graduate of CSU Monterey Bay, with a Business Degree and a California Real Estate License, Krystle stepped into a pivotal role in 2008 as Broker and CEO of Krystle Properties. The company was originally founded by her parents in 1988, and Krystle, alongside her brother Derrick, embraced their entrepreneurial legacy, working tirelessly to grow and evolve the business over the years. What started as a dedicated property management firm expanded into full-service real estate to meet clients’ needs for both leasing and home sales.

Krystle’s story is one of resilience, adaptability, and drive. From early childhood, she and her brother were immersed in the family business, where they watched their parents’ dedication and determination firsthand. These formative experiences laid the foundation for Krystle’s client-centered approach, ensuring every transaction is not just a deal but a well-guided experience. As a mom of two who loves connecting with people, Krystle’s warmth and attentiveness make her clients feel informed, valued, and at ease.

Today, Krystle leads a skilled 18-person team managing over 800 units in Vallejo, Benicia, American Canyon, and Fairfield. Amid the challenges of recent years, Krystle Properties expanded, opening a second location on 1st Street in Benicia, reflecting Krystle’s optimistic vision and confidence in her community. Her clients benefit from the combined expertise of her team, with Krystle’s goal always at the forefront: to provide exceptional service with a personal touch.

Elisa is a San Francisco native who has been a valuable member of our company since 2008. Elisa started as our bookkeeper, and her tireless efforts and commitment to excellence have resulted in her appointment as our VP of Operations in 2022. When she’s not skillfully leading our team, Elisa loves to embark on thrilling motorcycle rides and explore new destinations with her husband.

Kelly grew up in Vallejo and graduated from Hogan High School. She moved to Madera, CA for a few years but eventually returned to Vallejo. In 2017, she joined the team as an inspector but has since become the Property Team Leader for Team Golden.

Kelly is excited to learn from the best in property management and real estate. In her free time, she runs the North Bay Elite Kornhole Cornhole League in Vallejo with her husband and enjoys spending quality time with their two lovely daughters.

Diego was born in San Francisco and raised in Vallejo and has lived in Vallejo for most of his life.

In his spare time, he enjoys bodybuilding, coffee, and traveling.

With three years of experience as a maintenance coordinator.

In his downtime, he enjoys relaxing with friends.
