I do appreciate the way this property management company stays on top of issues that may arise for the owners to are managing properties for, and for the tenants. Being a tenant since 2021 the entire department has been very professional and caring about my unit’s issues. This was my first place in California, moving from New York and I can definitely say I had a grade experience staying here. Although we had some repairs that needed to be done, but it got done, and I was very satisfied. With the outcome.

What is good about Krystal they have some very kind staff. In the property I live it's quite safe and everyone is respectful.

I have been with Krystle since 1996. Never met anyone there that was not professional, courteous and knew their jobs. They helped me when I first moved to the area and when I wanted to relocate to a different area. I have been to their financial seminars and their appreciations. They are always the same. When I needed work done, they were on top of it right away. If i had a question that had nothing to do with their property, they were there to answer it. They are a great group. I think that is why I am still in the area. Don't want to lose that great connection.

The heater service was great.

I recently had a gas leak in my laundry area. The repair was done correctly and efficiently. Damion explained the repair remedy in a thorough yet pleasant fashion. He is clean, neat and professional, while also exuding warmth and kindness. Damion is an excellent repairman.

The management team has been on top of everything and very helpful. Kudo’s.

Krystle Properties truly is full service. As a renter, I appreciate all their service tools- auto pay with excellent notifications, monthly email check-ins, system for reporting maintenance needs, etc. I can always have in-person help too .
