My interaction with KPM has been expert on pretty much all areas. Derrick and whole gang worked so fast when I came to them under emergency conditions and got me housed in a gem of a place. There top notch level of communication makes it easy to acces through the web for maintenance reports and rent. My landlord recently switched to a cheaper managemnet company and it has nothing like that type of convience. They are also very committed the gentrification of the city of Vallejo.

KPM was recommended to me by people while I was shopping at HomeDepot twice!! I talked to them and they worked with me to get my house rented. They took care of all the issues that came up with old house and making sure the house is in good condition for tenants. I appreciate their experiences in this area very much.

Krystle Property Management has managed properties for me for the past 7 years and I couldn't be more satisfied with their efforts. All vacancies have promptly been filled. Virtually all tenants have been responsible paying rents on time and not destroying the properties. Communication has been excellent when issues have arisen. Through the generational change in ownership the service has remained impeccable. I feel strongly that the KPM team is on top of their game and I highly recommend their services for any property owner.
