Bill Payment
Our options on this are customized to cater to our individual client's needs. Some of our clients prefer that we pay all bills out of the rents received. Some of these bills may include: utilities, yard service, home owners association dues, mortgage payment, property taxes and insurance.
If you prefer to pay your own bills, no problem! We can just as easily mail you a check or direct deposit the funds into your checking account. We can even split owner draws between partners. Once we have money regularly coming into your account, you can get everything set up through our Bookkeeping and Bill Payment departments.
