Move-out Procedures
I am getting ready to move out of my rental. What do I do?
1. Look at our Top 10 Reasons Why Security Deposits are NOT Returned. This should prepare you for the move out inspection.
2. Call the office to schedule a move out inspection. It is recommended to schedule this inspection for the day prior to move-out.
3. TURN IN YOUR KEY. We will not know you've moved out otherwise.
